Hot Pink Smoothie Bowl With Collagen
It’s finally started to warm up a bit so I’m craving again all smoothies, cold drinks, and smoothie bowls. I made this Hot Pink Smoothie Bowl today and absolutely LOVED IT! The best one that I made so far. I did change a bit something that is essential in smoothie bowls, so keep on reading. All smoothie bowls usually call for a frozen banana. In that case, you have to use some super powerful blender like Vitamix. I have Vitamix and absolutely think that everyone should have it. It is expensive so I was thinking to come up with a different recipe for people that can’t afford it. This recipe…

Breakfast Smoothie Bowl
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I love to nourish my body and to start my day with something like this. My kids love smoothie bowls too, so I make a variety of these bowls for them. Making this smoothie from start to finish usually takes about 10 minutes, so it is really fast and easy to make. Servings: 1 bowl Base: 1 1/2 frozen banana 2 medium sized oranges or 1 big orange 1 kiwi Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. Make sure it is thick and creamy otherwise the toppings will sink. My number one kitchen appliance is a Vitamix. I know it…

Six Favorite Fresh Squeezed Juices
Who doesn’t love a fresh squeezed juice to start off the day? Our family is a big fan of juices and I make them at least twice a week before breakfast or as a snack in the afternoon. It is a hard question because I love them all! haha I love equally green juice and orange juice, but my kids don’t. I will give you some ideas but you can always mix almost any fruit…

We drink at least one per day, and to be honest kids’ favorite is a banana smoothie. 🙂 I love it too, but I like to play with other fruits and make a different kind of smoothies like this one blueberry orange smoothie. Ingredients: 1 cup frozen blueberries 2 oranges 1/2 cup strawberries 1 tsp maca powder* 1 tsp acai powder* 1/4 cup ice (more or less depending on your preference) Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Toppings: 1 kiwi 1 tsp coconut flakes 1 tsp bee pollen 1 tsp chia seeds Note: Measurements are a guide, but I usually grab…

Basil Orange Banana Smoothie
I love basil, especially in smoothies and salads. Basil is one of the most versatile herbs with numerous health benefits. It is great anti-oxidant and has anti-bacterial properties So today’s post is going to be my favorite basil smoothie. Ingredients: 1.5 cup fresh squeezed orange juice 1/2 cup of ice cubes 1 small ripe banana 4-5 basil leaves Directions: Combine all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend until completely smooth. Enjoy! Note: You can totally skip banana and blend just orange juice with basil. That version is great as a juice for hot summer days. Don’t be afraid to customize the recipe to suit your own taste. The refreshing lemonade with so many health benefits, perfect to start your day with. This lemonade is perfect for a little bit of everyday detox.
