    Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I love to nourish my body and to start my day with something like this. My kids love smoothie bowls too, so I make a variety of these bowls for them. Making this smoothie from start to finish usually takes about 10 minutes, so it is really fast and easy to make. Servings: 1 bowl Base: 1 1/2 frozen banana 2 medium sized oranges or 1 big orange 1 kiwi Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. Make sure it is thick and creamy otherwise the toppings will sink. My number one kitchen appliance is a Vitamix. I know it…

In my house we all love to sleep in, that is why we don’t have much time in the morning and everything have to be prepared in advance. Check out another great option for easy and healthy…

Baci Di Dama Italian Hazelnut Cookies
