As a mom of two very active boys, I’m always looking for recipes that are quick, easy, and kids approved :). This one is perfect for a cold rainy day when you need something warm and filling. Lately, I’ve been wanting to create more healthy vegan recipes for my family. This one is a hit. Kids love them and my husband, too.
