    Who doesn’t love a fresh squeezed juice to start off the day? Our family is a big fan of juices and I make them at least twice a week before breakfast or as a snack in the afternoon. I try to get as many veggies and fruits in a day, so a smoothie or a juice can be a great option. I get asked a lot what are some good fresh squeezed juice combinations.     Chocolate Chia Breakfast Parfait

    This is one of my favorite breakfasts! I love that I can prepare everything the night before and just throw everything together in the morning, so within a minute my breakfast is ready. Great for the kids too! Here is the recipe! Enjoy! Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 cup almond milk 1 tsp raw cacao powder 2 tsp raw honey fruit of your choice Instructions: 1 cup almond milk and 1/4 cup chia seeds whip with a fork. Add 2 tsp raw honey and 1 tsp cacao powder. Whip it again and let it rest for 10 minutes. Repeat this step. Whip again and refrigerate for few hours or overnight.…
