Hot Pink Smoothie Bowl With Collagen
It’s finally started to warm up a bit so I’m craving again all smoothies, cold drinks, and smoothie bowls. I made this Hot Pink Smoothie Bowl today and absolutely LOVED IT! The best one that I made so far. I did change a bit something that is essential in smoothie bowls, so keep on reading. All smoothie bowls usually call for a frozen banana. In that case, you have to use some super powerful blender like Vitamix. I have Vitamix and absolutely think that everyone should have it. It is expensive so I was thinking to come up with a different recipe for people that can’t afford it. This recipe…

Crepe Cake with Pecans / Healthier Version
Hey guys! Do you like crepes? I absolutely do! I grew up eating a lot of crepes and honestly rarely waffles. This recipe is more than 25 years old 😁 My mom gave it to me when I was making my own recipe book. I was only 10 years old but I wanted my own recipe book, and I still keep it with me. I will share more recipes from my young age, I promise!😍 Of course, I will always do some twists to make it healthier. Ingredients 6 eggs 6 TBSP flour (overflowing tablespoons 😍) 1 cup milk date sugar (or regular organic sugar) ground pecans or walnuts 1…

Breakfast Smoothie Bowl
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I love to nourish my body and to start my day with something like this. My kids love smoothie bowls too, so I make a variety of these bowls for them. Making this smoothie from start to finish usually takes about 10 minutes, so it is really fast and easy to make. Servings: 1 bowl Base: 1 1/2 frozen banana 2 medium sized oranges or 1 big orange 1 kiwi Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth. Make sure it is thick and creamy otherwise the toppings will sink. My number one kitchen appliance is a Vitamix. I know it…

Baci Di Dama Italian Hazelnut Cookies
The famous Baci Di Dama (meaning Lady’s Kisses) are on our cookie Holiday menu every year. My boys love these cookies, and we used to buy them a lot in a local cafe. Two years ago I decided to make them on my own. They are still a hit in our family! Sorry, it took me so long to write the recipe. Originally they were prepared with hazelnuts, but nowadays there are different variations of this dessert. You can always use almonds or almond flour. I chose to make them with traditional hazelnuts. Ingredients: 1 and 2/3 cups (220 g) hazelnuts – roasted, skinned 2/3 cup (100 g) all-purpose flour 1/2 cup (90 g) sugar 4 oz (110…
