THREE INGREDIENTS HOME MADE NUTELLA

When I first made this recipe I was so happy because it is SUPER easy to make, delicious and healthy! Win win! My whole family love it and we make it on a weekly bases. 

We often eat it with bananas as a snack or with rice cakes and apples. So delicious!

I hope this nutella will become a family favorite of your own. 

This recipe is much healthier than real Nutella and it actually tastes MUCH better! Try it out and let me know!♥️

INGREDIENTS

1 LBS  (454 g) roasted hazelnuts / I buy mine at Trader Joe’s

1 Lindt Orange peel dark chocolate

3 -4 TBSP shredded coconut / you might need to add a little bit more

INSTRUCTIONS

If you have raw hazelnuts just roast them in the oven 10-15 min on 350F otherwise use roasted hazelnut from Trader Joe’s.

For this recipe you will need powerful blender. I used my Vitamix  blender. I don’t recommend to try it out with regular blender. You might want to try with food processor instead if you don’t have Vitamix or another powerful blender.

Put all ingredients in blender and blend on slow. The key is to blend with a wand and stop and scrape until smooth. It doesn’t have to be perfectly smooth. It is going to be a process of couple of minutes. Blend, stop, scrape, repeat.

Put the nutella in a mason jar and enjoy!
