Easy Breakfast Overnight Chia Oats
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but most people tend to skip it due to lack of time in the morning to prepare something nutritious and healthy. People who eat breakfast feel less anxious throughout the day and cope with stress better than people who skip it and get just coffee for breakfast. These overnight chia oats are super easy to make, perfect to prepare the night before and delicious!
In my house we all love to sleep in, that is why we don’t have much time in the morning and everything have to be prepared in advance.

Ingredients
1.5 cup steel-cut oats
1.5 cup hemp, coconut or almond milk
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 pinch nutmeg
1 Tbsp raw honey or agave nectar (optional)
1 Tbsp chopped pistachios (optional)
1/2 cup berries (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all dry ingredients in a mason jar.
- Stir, add hemp, coconut or almond milk, honey and stir again.
- Close the lid and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir one more time, top with berries and chopped pistachios.
